1 pack of grind from pressed Greens juice
2/3 cup (140g) artichoke hearts
1/3 cup (80g) vegan sour cream
1/3 cup (80g) vegan mayonnaise or aioli
1/3 cup (40g) brazil nut crumble
3/4 (4g) teaspoon salt
- Sift through Greens grind and discard any lemon seeds.
- Add Greens grind, artichoke hearts, vegan sour cream, vegan mayo, brazil nut crumble and salt to the bowl of a food processor and process in 10 second bursts until well-combined.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
