For the next 90 days (effective September 1st, 2017), we are offering refunds for your purchase of the Juicero Press. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org by December 1, 2017 to request a refund for your purchase.
Do I need to send back my Press to get a refund?
Yes. In order to receive a refund, you will need to send back your Press.
Will shipping materials be provided?
No. If you have the original box that will work well, otherwise you are welcome to use any box that will fit the Press.
Will shipping labels be provided?
Yes. We will be covering the cost of shipping and shipping labels will be provided. After you've received your return shipping label, please be sure to schedule a pick-up with FedEx Ground or drop off your Press at your local FedEx.
What amount will be refunded and when can I expect to receive it?
You will be refunded the full purchase price that you paid for the Press (net of any discounts). Please allow 45 days after receipt of your Press for your refund to be processed.
Should I return the Press, or should I hold onto it for a future reboot?
We recommend that you return it and get your money back. It is likely that a second generation machine would be launched in a reboot.
If I don't want to return my Press, how can I dispose of it?
Contact your local recycling center or nearest e-waste drop off location.
