This is unusual, but here are some things to check:
- The power may have gone out during pressing.
- Check to make sure your Press is still connected to power.
- Are other Packs experiencing the same issue?
- If the issue is ongoing, despite using different Packs, this may be a Press malfunction. Please reach out to us and share more information about what's going on.
- There's produce blocking the spout or not enough produce in the Pack?
- This could be a Pack issue - please send us a photo of the QR code on the Pack, as well as the cup of juice that was pressed.
