There may be a few reasons:
- The Press only connects to a 2.4 GHz wireless network and is 802.11b/g/n compatible. Make sure that your Wi-Fi router or access point is configured for 2.4 GHz support. If you have separate network names for 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz, be sure to type in the name of the 2.4 GHz network in the Juicero app when connecting the press to your Wi-Fi.
- The press is not compatible with captive portal security modes. This refers to Wi-Fi security where a username or token and password must be entered on a browser page to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
