If your claim is covered under the Full Warranty, we will send you a prepaid shipping label (or a carton with prepaid shipping, if your original packaging is not available) to return your Press to us. We will, at our option and expense, repair your Press and return it to you at our expense within a reasonable period of time, or if we cannot repair the problem after two (2) attempts, we will, at your option replace your Press (either with a new or refurbished unit of equal and comparable quality), or if determined that doing either of the foregoing is impractical, we will refund to you the original amount you paid for the Press. If you receive a refurbished unit as a replacement, your warranty will be valid for the remaining duration of the original warranty on the Press it is replacing. The foregoing paragraph states Juicero’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy for any DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP. In no event will Juicero be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Press even if Juicero has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusions may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
