For chia mix
8 oz. Carrot Beet Juicero juice
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
For rest of the bowl
1/4 Cup buckwheat granola (or favorite granola)
1/4 Cup fresh seasonal fruit of your choice
1 TB dried coconut flakes
- Put all chia mix ingredients into a bowl, whisk and let sit refrigerated while you gather the rest (20 minutes to overnight).
- To assemble: Put the chia mix into your serving bowl. Top with granola, coconut and fresh fruit.
- Eat and enjoy!
