1 pack Juicero Sweet Root grind
1/4 cup small diced watermelon
2 TB diced radish
1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped raw walnuts
2 TB raisins
pinch of salt
- Add Sweet Root grind to a mixing bowl. Inspect for lemon seeds or any large pieces of fiber, discarding these.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients to the grind and mix with a wooden spoon to combine.
- Serve in lettuce cups or over chopped romaine.
