10 minute prep time, 1 to 2 servings.
8 oz. Juicero Sweet Greens juice
4 oz. coconut milk
1 tsp matcha green tea
1 serving protein powder: Your favorite (plain or vanilla) protein powder (We tried this with Sacha Inchi)
¼ cup chia seeds
1 pinch of salt
1-2 tsp lemon juice
Optional sweetener: 2 dates or ½ T agave, maple syrup or your favorite sweetener, fresh diced apple, dried or fresh mango
- Whisk the coconut milk, matcha, protein powder, salt, and optional sweetener in a bowl until the matcha has completely dissolved into the milk.
- Whisk in Juicero Sweet Greens juice.
- Stir in chia seeds. Add 1-2 tsp lemon juice (to brighten things up a bit).
- Let chia mix chill in the fridge for 30 minutes up to several hours (this can be made the night before). Chia seeds should gel up a bit when they are ready to eat. Of course, you don’t have to wait until this happens to eat it.
- Eat and enjoy!
